Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Method
All items are shipped from Japan via Japan Post services (EMS, ePacket Lite), depending on the destination and shipping method selected.
A tracking number will be provided for every shipment so you can monitor your package’s progress.

2. Handling Time
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–7 business days after payment confirmation.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends or Japanese national holidays.

3. Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within approximately 5–21 business days after shipment, depending on the shipping method and destination country.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs inspections, local postal services, weather conditions, seasonal delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Import duties, VAT, taxes, and customs clearance fees are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please check with your country's customs office prior to purchase.
We cannot accept returns, cancellations, or refunds due to customs duties, taxes, or refusal to receive the package.

5. Packaging
All items are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery.
We use waterproof protection (OPP bags), cushioning materials (bubble wrap), and reinforced packaging to prevent bending or damage during transit.

6. Shipping Address
Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
